As the Head Chef at Sabine Rooftop Bar, one of London’s most sought-after rooftop venues, Chef Rohit brings a refined, globally inspired approach to modern European cuisine—backed by years of experience, cultural depth, and a strong personal vision.

Originally from India, Chef Rohit’s early culinary inspiration was shaped by the bold flavours and rich traditions of Indian cuisine & Modern European —particularly the smoked, spice-laden dishes. His passion for food led him to pursue a professional career that would eventually take him to some of the UK’s most vibrant culinary environments.

Rohit honed his craft over the course of more than 15 years, building his skills from the ground up in The Imperial, Taj Hotels, Accor Hotels in India and Leonardo Royal Hotel St. Pauls London. His professional journey includes experience across fine dining, brasserie-style restaurants, and contemporary concept venues, all of which contributed to his well-rounded expertise in both kitchen operations and culinary innovation.

Today, at Sabine Rooftop Bar, Chef Rohit leads a dynamic team, curating a modern, seasonal menu that reflects both the diversity of London and the global palate of its guests.
