Gurpreet Singh Dham is a distinguished chef, educator, and hospitality consultant whose career spans over two decades across India, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (FIH), Member of the Craft Guild of Chefs (MCGC), Member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain (MCGB), and a proud Disciple of Auguste Escoffier, Gurpreet has consistently combined culinary excellence with a commitment to professional and social impact.

Beginning his journey in India, Gurpreet rose through the ranks of the hospitality industry, eventually leading culinary operations and training programs internationally. After moving to the UK, he became an advocate for skills development, heritage cuisine, and inclusive culinary education. He has worked with leading hospitality brands, education providers, and industry bodies to promote global standards and cultural authenticity.

His contributions include participation in the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Adopt a School programme, Springboard UK events, and The Clink Charity, all aimed at inspiring future generations. As a mentor with Greenwich University and an active participant in the Ask Alumni programme, he has guided students and young professionals in shaping their careers.

Gurpreet’s mission extends beyond the kitchen; he champions culinary arts on global platforms and fosters collaboration among chefs, educators, and entrepreneurs. As a Founder Member of the Indian Culinary Diaspora, he envisions a united global network that celebrates the diversity, richness, and evolving story of Indian chefs, who master the global cuisine.

With a deep respect for tradition and a progressive approach to training and innovation, Gurpreet continues to shape the future of culinary arts, empowering others through leadership, mentorship, and community engagement.
