Mohammed Khalid Samad is a seasoned Executive Chef with over 20 years of international experience in luxury hospitality and culinary innovation. Currently leading the culinary operations at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in London, Khalid oversees a dynamic portfolio that includes the signature restaurant Guilty, a vibrant sports bar, in-room dining, events catering, and staff dining.

Khalid’s culinary journey spans prestigious brands such as Minor hotels, Sofitel, W Hotels, Rosewood, Jumeirah, Fairmont, Firmdale, PPHE, Hyatt, Le Meridien, Taj hotels & The Oberoi group. His leadership is defined by a commitment to excellence, sustainability, and creating memorable guest experiences through bold flavours and refined presentation.

Holding an MBA in Project Management from Hult International Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality & Business Management, Khalid blends culinary artistry with strategic business insight. He is a Silver medallist at Hotel Olympia, Gold medallist at Nestle Young chef of the year and a contributor to sustainability initiatives and innovation projects within the hospitality sector.
