My journey began with a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, evolving into a dynamic culinary career that spans Michelin-starred kitchens, luxury hotels, and high-profile private events.
Currently working as a freelance chef in Suffolk, as well as Director of Hidden Ingredients Limited, I specialise in crafting bespoke culinary experiences for corporate gatherings and elite clientele, including celebrities. Collaborating with Michelin-star chefs at Yoxman, I bring creative flair and precision to every plate I serve.
Previously, I held senior leadership roles at prestigious establishments such as Hush Mayfair, Alec’s Restaurant in Essex, Gordon Ramsay’s Restaurants, and Jumeirah Messilah Beach Resort. I have led teams of over 15 chefs, managed high-volume operations exceeding 500 covers daily, and overseen multiple successful restaurant launches and project-based kitchen setups.
My style combines technical finesse, global influences, and a deep respect for quality ingredients. I am committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and mentoring the next generation of chefs. My culinary philosophy centres on delivering memorable, high-impact dining moments — whether it’s a 10-cover private dinner or a 200-guest banquet.
